• The “SAP Certified Application Specialist – Social Services Management with SAP CRM 7.0 EhP3” certification exam validates a candidate’s ability to perform the tasks related to SAP Social Services Management. Armed with an understanding of Social Services Management with SAP CRM 7.0 EhP3, the candidate can apply this knowledge to implementation activities as an application consultant under the supervision of an expert. This certificate proves that the candidate has the overall understanding and skills required to be a productive member of a team. Candidates must pass one of the prerequisite exams – C_TCRM20_70, C_TCRM20_71 or C_TCRM20_72 – before taking this specialist exam.

Integration of Accounting and Planned Payment 8% – 12%

Describe integration between benefit decision and SAP accounting system Public Sector Collection & Disbursement PSCD, and how to display past and future citizen planned payments considering approved benefit decision and including payment terms and conditions (over/regular/ underpayment, gross /net amount and due date).

Master Data in SAP Social Services Management 8% – 12%

Describe Social Services master data (Benefit Program, Product, Relationships and Business Partner) , data types within Social Services Solution, and data types usage within Social Services Solution.

Benefit Application 8% – 12%

Define the social application concept, the different Application Submitting Process scenarios, the Process steps for Submitting a Benefit Application, the required customization for a Social Application transaction, how to handle different type of application forms, how to manage application form content, and finally all processes and subprocesses from form reception to application approval and rejection.

Decision Basis 8% – 12%

Define decision basis (values, why implement DBA; functions; modelling), decision basis processes and subprocesses, how to implement decision basis and pull or push data, and how to manage date update and the creation of follow decision.

Deduction Decision 8% – 12%

Explain the concepts and role of Deductions in Social Services, the different types of deductions, and how to use and configure deductions.
